I tried all the things you suggested

I did post all of this info in an earlier post the previous time that Agent failed. I didn't get a reply. I should have posted the full information this time. No other maintainance (like Disk Cleanup or Defrag) done in concurrence with the problem. I do both, but haven't for a couple of weeks.
